I worked with Vanessa for the purchase of my first home, I didn’t really know anything about Real Estate. I just had my mind set that I wanted to be a homeowner. Vanessa helped guide me on what would be best for me based on her observations as well as my needs. I viewed homes with her once then I was going on rotation to the Middle East. I found my home while overseas. She virtually assisted me. I put all of my trust in her and I do not regret it. I have a great home with equity. I can do some upgrades with time and resell it and make some money. My first big purchase was a great investment thanks to her help. I was very restricted with the communication in my area but Vanessa worked with my schedule even though I was 8 hours ahead of her time zone. I got the home I wanted and couldn’t be happier with my experience. An honest 10/10 for me. I have never worked with anyone with such an optimistic and realistic state of mind. If I were to ever buy more real-estate in GA she will be my go too.
