Vanessa Bastian

Originally from a small town in North Dakota, Vanessa always dreamed of a life in California and moved to Orange County shortly after graduating. Vanessa graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management. She has worked in the Orange County real estate market for the past 12 years and has gained a vast amount of knowledge during her time spent working in both residential and commercial real estate sales, and as the Director of Operations for a residential developer specializing in the construction of luxury homes in Newport and Laguna Beach.

Vanessa is thoroughly dedicated to providing her real estate clients with an exceptional buying or selling experience. Her goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible through her dedication to consistently providing the highest level of service, clear communication, and by utilizing her industry knowledge and experience.

She has managed all aspects of complex commercial and residential real estate transactions including acquisitions, development, asset management, and disposition. Vanessa has also become very knowledgeable during her years of experience closing escrows transactions, working with lenders, and making sure that all the minor — but oh so important — details come together smoothly to ensure a successful close for every client.

Vanessa is passionate about real estate and combined with her competitive nature, she is driven to succeed when it comes to making sure that every client she works with achieves their goals.
When not working, Vanessa is usually hanging out with her Havanese rescue dog, Sisqó, spending time with friends, and active in Newport Beach, enjoying our beautiful California lifestyle.
