Vanessa Flinchum

Vanessa is the Administrative Marketing Assistant at Phoenix Commercial Properties, an industry-leading commercial real estate company in Raleigh, North Carolina, representing landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in commercial transactions.
Vanessa helps facilitate daily operations, office management, event planning and provides Broker support to the team. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are valuable assets.
Vanessa graduated from East Carolina University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. During her time at East Carolina University, she held many leadership positions in campus organizations, including President of the East Carolina Equestrian Team, Club Sports Council, and Head of Public Relations Committee of Phi Mu Fraternity, which has provided her with valuable experience in the industry.

Vanessa loves to spend her free time traveling, building her project Jeep Wrangler, working on home projects, diving into personal development books, and summer weekends on the lake or at the beach. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and with her Pit-Lab puppy, Meredith.
