Venessa accomplished the impossible; she made buying a home in this chaotic and competitive market an absolute breeze. She was straightforward, professional and thorough, accommodated my wants, needs, and schedule, and was warm and gracious throughout the entire process. She has strong relationships with well-vetted experts for inspections, septic, HVAC, etc. and scheduled each part of the process without hassle. And even though it would set back the timeline a bit, after keenly observing that the seller was trying to put cheap bandaids where stitches were needed, she counseled me to restructure our closing agreement, allowing us to hire the right people for the job. From last second house-hunting to the thoughtful gift basket she put together for us after closing, I genuinely felt that she had my and my daughter’s best interests at heart. I won’t hesitate to call Venessa and her stellar team at Platinum Living Realty next time I’m in the market for a new home!
