Vanessa was amazing. She took the time to understand my investment goals and the type of properties I would consider. She is well versed in the Az housing and rental markets. As an Airbnb owner herself, she walked me not only through the AZ buying process and applicable legislation, but also educated me on airbnb regs, termite coverage, tenant/landlord laws, and so much more. She is stellar in her communications and in developing then executing strategies to ensure you get under contract as a buyer. Due to her quick action and knowledge of the market, she got me under contract on 2 great properties within a matter of 2 weeks! This was all without offering over market value!
