Hi, I'm Vanessa Schmeltz, your North Texas Real Estate Agent. I grew in Ponder, TX and attended Texas Woman's University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Native to the North Texas area, I know the area well. My work experience encompasses 10+ years in Dentistry, 2 years in Finance, and became licensed in Real Estate September of 2023. I am a military spouse and mom of two girls. My passion is helping people in the community achieve homeownership and build equity. VA loans are underutilized and I have the desire to help Veterans achieve homeownership and utilize their VA loan benefits and all the great incentives it holds.
