Varsha made buying a new home such a delightful experience! We were new to home buying and so were clueless about the process. She took out time to explain us all the details and pit stops involved in the process. She carefully listened to our needs and showed places that fits our needs. She also made sure to walk us through the entire process once before even getting started. She showed us all the properties that we liked even though she knew those might not be good for us, but she wanted us to take that decision after viewing it and then giving her opinion on those.

We had a very positive experience while working with Varsha. She was referred to us by a colleague who had a good experience with her as well.
This was our first time buying a house. Throughout our home buying journey Varsha was very responsive and was always available to answer our never ending questions regardless of the day of week or time of the day.

This my honest review, we relocated to US in 2018. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we weren't sure exactly what to expect. Varsha was a true professional and she patiently explained the whole process (in bite sized pieces, sometimes repeatedly) and made it as painless as possible for us. Varsha was always available to us through calls, email and text and never left our side. As nervous first-time buyers, she took her time with us and spent numerous hours talking us through each phase and each decision. We believe the most important qualities about an agent are knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to fight for the client. Varsha exemplifies all of these. We got the first house we wanted at a price we wanted. She knows the area intimately and has been helpful in getting our house prepared for move-in going above and beyond what we expected in a realtor. Would highly recommend, especially if you're a first-time home buyer like we were.
