Vashon Hargrove and his team of experts (Christina and Ariana) provided me with superb customer service and solid real estate advice during the selling of my town home. My experience was effortless and I felt secured the entire time. He has in depth knowledgeable about the process and offered a listening ear whenever I inquired about the process. I never felt alone during this major life event. I had tons of questions that Vashon patiently answered and addressed my concerns. The Tag team company guided me through the process and made my experience pleasant. I felt heard and Tag Team navigated the process with me. My realtor, Vashon Hargrove was the perfect agent for me. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, organized and thorough. Vashon has been nothing short of extraordinary when it comes to helping me find a new home and selling my old one. He is a realtor that values your time and puts in the extra effort to get you want you want in a purchase and in a sell. He kept in constant contact giving us updates on what he was gong in our case in both circumstances, he also offered valuable advice when it came to the sell since it was my first time selling a home. He guided me through the process and it was seamless. In my experience he is one of the best to do it and I'm so grateful to have his services and I would definitely use him again if or when I need to buy or sell another home.

Amid a life change, I stumbled upon Vashon. He introduced himself as a real estate agent that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. My 1st home he found was a rental home that I resided in for 2 years. It was the perfect transition home. As soon as I was ready to purchase my own home he was right there. Vashon did an awesome job in helping me to find a home of my satisfaction in a safe, close knit community. I relocated from North Carolina to Maryland and did not have much knowledge about the area, but Vashon was eager to assist and always made himself available to answer all of my questions. What can I say? My husband and used Mr. Hargrove in the past to sell and buy our homes here in Maryland. When it was time to purchase our vacation home in North Carolina, we knew exactly who to call. Sure enough, although he could not work directly with us in North Carolina, he did a lot of research to find us a great agent there to help us with our out of state home search. Hi, we’re Doris and Wendell Williams and we’d like to give a testimonial for our realtor and friend Vashon Hargrove. There a lot of wonderful things we can say about Vashon but in the interest of time we have picked out our favorite three things at the moment! The first thing is that Vashon is extremely knowable about all things involving real estate. We have used Vashon to sell, buy and rent properties in the past and all our transactions have been to our best advantage in each instance.
The second thing about Vashon is that he listens intently to what our needs are rather than trying to push us into a situation that might get him the biggest commission. V, Ariana, and Christina are the best team in the MD, VA, Washington DC area. My husband and I were referred to V in January 2021 and we had our dream home purchased by March 2021. In a HOT market for sellers and a competitive one for buyers, that should speak for itself. V and his team stood out to us throughout the process for their customer service and their patience with questions (especially for first-time homebuyers). After receiving a gift box with moving supplies and a customized ID tag for our dog with her new address, we were speechless. Even after the purchase of our home, they continued to make themselves available and helped us with anything and everything we needed. There was never a doubt in our minds V had our backs and we could trust him to navigate the home buying process from start to finish. Due to extenuating circumstances, we were unable to travel and view prospective homes in person. V adjusted to our circumstances and made us feel confident in our search/purchase. V conducted himself as a first-class professional. Although we hope to stay in our new home for many years, if the time comes to sell, we will want V to represent us.
