After searching for a realtor for a while for our JV group, Vashti called us based on us reaching out to another realtor who’s team she is on. Blessing is an understatement! Vashti was exactly what we needed as newer investors. She was very professional, prompt, cordial, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Vashti works with the sense of urgency needed in the competitive Chicago market. She properly set expectations and she did what she said she would do, when she said she would do it. From A to Z she was there for me with helpful insight and answers to any questions or curiosities I had about neighborhoods , the city of Chicago and buying a house. Vashti Araia is one of the best realtors I ever worked with. She helped me become a homeowner at the age of 23. She was with me from start to finish and is still reaching out to ensure everything is still up to standards with the new home. Her work ethics is amazing! She puts together presentations to make sure you understand everything and breaks it down so you can comprehend it. She’s on top of everything! Constant emails to inspectors, agents, sellers, lenders, and etc was being sent to make sure everything was running smoothly. She’s with you every step of way no doubt about it. She will make sure you get the home you’re seeking for and will work hard to make sure the process isn’t stressful for you. I had a deadline to meet so her sense of urgency was just beyond my expectation. I would highly recommend Vashti to anyone that is looking for a hard working realtor. Thank you so much!

Vashti is hands-down the most amazing realtor I have ever met. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. She fights with you to get your deal done! She is encouraging and has an incredibly positive energy. Vashti makes you feel confident and worthy and makes herself available to you as much as needed. There was a day when she set up 6 showings! I had received 4 or more rejections prior to working with Vashti and she sensed that I was losing my steam. I was actually going to give up the search until after the new year because I had been looked over so many times. Vashti insisted that I speak with another lender to switch my loan and in less than 2 weeks we were under contract. The deal was closed by December 27th which was incredible! Vashti stayed by my side throughout the entire process and I can’t be more grateful and thankful to have found her! I would highly recommend Vashti to anybody looking because she can adapt to any need! I have already referred my best friend and her husband who will hopefully be closing soon too! Thanks Vashti!! You’re the best!!

Vashti is an amazing real estate agent. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estar ,very detail oriented, excellent communicator and truly knows the city of Chicago. I am a first time home buyer and Vashti has gone above and beyond during my home buying process, not only was she a tremendous resource due to her incredible amount of knowledge but also acting as a liaison between myself, the bank, contractors etc… I also appreciate how proactive she always is and her patience (I am not from Chicago and she taught me alot). I would highly recommend Vashti to anyone who is looking to purchase in Chicago I promise you wont regret it she is an agent that is truly invested in making her clients vision come to fruition.
