Ms. Rice was highly recommended to me by a mutual associate of ours. I called her on a Sunday evening and she returned my call within minutes. I explained to Ms. Rice the specifics of what I was in the market for giving her loan details, size and location I was interested in. I am a first time home buyer, therefore I had a host of questions ranging from information regarding the loan/financing, to what my next steps are. Within 24 hours, Ms. Rice provided me with a list of homes for me to view and times of of her availability. What impressed me most about Ms. Rice was her efficiency, resourcefulness and her ability to ask me follow up questions to determine what best would fit me and my families needs.
