Met Verni by inquiring on property she had listed. Following, decision to investigate numerous other properties which Verni provided all of the info for us to research. Verni also spent time with us, showing us around, showing properties we had not yet seen, and also put us in touch with a few builders. Verni is a warm, considerate, and likable person. It's like working with family. I would highly recommend her.

I met Verni about 3 years ago while she was working with Franklin Realty. I had been working with a different real estate agent and I was becoming dissatisfied with the results. A friend suggested that I call Franklin and Verni called me back quickly asking me all the pertinent questions, finding out exactly what I was looking for in a home. Within a few days she began sending me listings that she felt met my criteria. When we started looking at homes she met every expectation I had ever thought of! Always on time to meet me at the properties, very honest and gave her (very helpful) opinions on every property. She knew I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea what to really look for in a home. We finally found a great little home we agreed on not long after we began working together. I treasured her honest advice she gave me, and she was there for everything from the home inspection to closing. Verni's work is very important to her and she takes it very serious! She has what it takes to get the job done, a real go-getter. I highly reccommend utilizing her knowledge and skills when choosing your next home. I know when I am ready to find another new home Verni is at the top of my list!
