Veronica recently helped us sell a house in Menlo Park. She was fantastic. She did significant research to price the property well, quickly followed up on every detail and went the extra mile to do tasks generally not expected of an agent such as deliver documents to our lawyer and help clean out the house. Worked with Veronica on a property in Palo Alto. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented, and did a great job for her clients (who listed the home for sale with her). Wish we can give Veronica 10 stars. Over the last 7 years, Veronica has helped us with 2 home purchases and one property sale. The reason that we went to her time and again is because we trust her. She took the stress off us from any challenging moments (both buying and selling), always have the patience to deal with our questions, assisted us every step of the way, and always have our best interest in mind. Her can-do attitude is ultra commendable. Even with the staging of our property, she personally rolled up her sleeves and prepped the house for the market. I have found Veronica *extremely* helpful and responsive. She is willing to give her professional opinion (a rare trait), but just as willing to handle things as the owner prefers. She has kept transactions moving while traveling outside the US. I like her so much I tried to get her to sell another property, which she professionally declined stating that it was outside her area. This also tells you that she isn't desperate for transactions, and will only work for you if its within her competence. She is clearly a cut above other real estate professionals I have worked with.

We had such a positive experience with Veronica. She helped us buy our first home in a very competitive market. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. We had a lot of complexity and delays in getting the loan, closing escrow and some conflict with the buyers agents after the purchase. She was on top of the lenders every single day, negotiating with the seller’s agents, and advocating for us. She spent hours counseling us during stressful times. I would 100% work with Veronica again to buy or sell our home.

People say home buying is confusing and frustrating, especially in the Bay Area. We prepared ourselves for a long journey, but luckily, the process was fast and painless and even enjoyable, thanks to Veronica. At the beginning, we couldn't find anything that was within budget and gave us our must-haves. We ended up looking at many fixer-uppers or tiny homes, and Veronica talked me through all the considerations associated with those decisions. She also guided us to set expectations appropriately (i.e., there were no homes w/o issues) and so, over the course of a few months, we found one we really liked. Being the Bay Area, I tempered my expectations, and ofc, there were multiple offers. But somehow, Veronica worked her magic in the background to make things happen, and our first bid for the first home we liked became the home we live in now.

We've found a sense of peace in this home we hadn't found elsewhere, and our kids are thriving at their local schools. We really can't thank Veronica enough and would highly, highly recommend her to anyone.
