I’ve moved too many times to count, and I’ve bought and sold homes in multiple states, and Veronica was by far the best realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Normally, when people say that someone goes “above and beyond”, they mean that someone is really good at their job. With Veronica, she’s not only great at her job, she really exemplifies going above and beyond to meet any needs that arise. She doesn’t just do the bare minimum photos or signage that many listing agents do. She provided us with a 360 degree interactive walkthrough, drone photos, floor layouts, and overall the best collection and quality listing media possible. She even had my house listing on a billboard near one of the busiest intersections in the area! She had an entire day of showings lined up the first day it went live on MLS, because she generated interest by word of mouth before the listing was even active, and we were under contract less than 48 hours later. She provided a dumpster to haul things away when clearing out our house, and a massive moving truck with a hydraulic lift to help transport things that couldn’t be moved otherwise, and she did it all happily, at no cost to us. Most importantly, she was always available to listen to (and quickly address) any concerns along the way. She isn’t just a business associate, she became a friend throughout this process. She invited us into her life, and she took care of everything. She’s passionate about doing what’s best for her clients, and she’s more motivated and invested in every single client and listing than any other agent I’ve ever encountered. No one works harder and cares more than Veronica does.

If you are looking for an amazing and genuine realtor that is 100% honest from start to end and stress-free, Veronica Paulk Rodriguez is your girl. She will go above and beyond for you. We have dealt with several realtors, but no one as amazing as her. The service that she provides is phenomenal and unmatched. She truly cares for all her clients and honestly listens to what you want and looks for it. She helps you find the perfect home for your family but also guides you with schools, utilities, shopping stores, and so much more. This girl is one of a kind; you will not regret working with her. She treats you like a friend/family as if you have known each other for many years. My husband isn’t much for praising but he was extremely impressed with her top-tier quality customer service. He said it made our PCS house hunting go smoothly. She took video meetings and video recordings of all of the homes we were interested in. Full time agent 100% committed to her client. We were moving from out of state. She met us early on a weekend we were driving through, showed us multiple homes, we wrote an offer and she presented it, negotiated it, and had it signed around the same night. She was sensitive to our needs, listened to our requests, and provided us a list if homes that met our criteria via email prior to our arrival. She went to several properties and provided us with video walkthroughs of the homes and surrounding neighborhoods so we could make educated decisions on what we wanted to see, and prevented a ton of wasted time looking at properties that didnt meet our criteria. She was with us every step of they way! I cant say enough about how much stress she mitigated throughout the process. We knew we could count on her to take care of our transaction from start to finish!
