Veronica Valencia

Veronica Valencia of Exp Realty of California, Inc. is a Bay Area native who has serves in the Real Estate industry for over 18 years. Her Real Estate background ranges from originating loans as a mortgage consultant to being responsible for rapid deployment through retail and auction channels for private equity Real Estate investors, Waypoint Realty Trusty, Inc., Pacifica Companies, and American Homes 4 Rent. Veronica helped build the portfolios for these Real Estate investors in Alameda, San Francisco, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara counties. She relocated to the Lamorinda area to give her son an excellent education and has a personal understanding of many of her clients' desires to do the same.

Veronica's love for the arts has given her a unique edge in the San Francisco and Bay Area markets. When she is not in the field assisting buyers and sellers on their new investment opportunity, she can be found ‘investing' her time in her art. You can find Veronica working her creative side as an actress in theatre productions and independent films.
