I worked with Vickee to sell my mom’s condo on Island Estates at the Sunwatch building after my mom passed away and, based on that experience, could not recommend Vickee more effusively ! She is, in brief, essentially the opposite of how many in her industry come across. Vickee was patient, thoughtful and a terrific listener, especially during a very tough time in our family.

Vickee has great connections in the Clearwater Beach area to help with all of the challenging tasks I was facing - everything from helping clean up the apartment, locating and working with contractors to help get things in order, and more. Vickee took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish and invested a tremendous amount of time into helping me get things sorted and in order for the sale.

I would recommend her time and time again for anyone looking for a purchase or sale in the Island Estates vicinity !

She was instrumental in helping us buy a dream property in Sunwatch on Island Estates orchestrating lots of complicated pieces along the way. Not only is she a wealth of information with real estate, but she has also so many competent, professional contacts that she can offer that you'll need along the way.

Her husband Russ who has a wealth of building experience as well was extremely generous with his time allowing us to get a jump on a construction contract prior to the closing which will allow us to start construction much sooner than we could have otherwise. They are a great team that understands real estate and will serve you extremely well when you hire them.

Out of all the real estate agents we've dealt with through numerous property transactions over the years, she is by far the absolute BEST! Every review you read about her is Five Star, which is a testament to that fact.

When it came time to sell our Florida Property we interviewed several real estate agents. Vickee Walthall stood well above the rest. Vickee is knowledgeable, kind, conscientious and accountable. She was straightforward with her recommendations and notably patient with the seller, our aging parent. When my 80 year old mother-in-law needed to sell her home in Clearwater, after owning it since 1979, I knew it would be important to hire the right realtor. She was going to relocate to South Florida. As a banker living in South Florida, I work with some of the best realtors, however, we had to rely on a friend's referral in Clearwater. We were so lucky to have been introduced to Vickee. From day 1 she impressed my wife and I. She was extremely easy to work with and always kept us updated. Vickee was professional and super helpful. We purchased our condo at the beginning of 2020 and did it over FaceTime. She was patient and answered all of our questions. We asked her to make several trips back to the property before we committed to making an offer and she never complained and always did so quickly.
