The best possible realtor for the worst possible situation! I’ve moved around the country more than a few times and have worked with a number of realtors. Hands down, Vicki is “just” the best realtor, EVER!

I first met Vicki when I was looking for a home. She seemed nice enough, so I hired her to help me with my search. She found the perfect home that matched every one of my needs. Unfortunately, the sellers' realtor was the worst realtor I had ever heard of. He was lazy, wouldn’t return calls or pass messages to his clients, and ultimately caused a lot of friction between all parties. Due to his lack of professionalism, the sellers weren’t willing to push past the end date imposed by the terms on my loan. Changing the terms of the loan would have cost me about $12k. I honestly thought I lost the house! Unbeknownst to me, and knowing how much I LOVED the house, Vicki went above and beyond by working with my bank over the Christmas holidays to change the terms of the loan for only $500. Her efforts saved the deal and got me my dream home in spite of the horrible situation imposed by the worst possible realtor.

It was a “no-brainer” when I needed to sell my house in a hurry during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. She sold my house in a matter of days. I wouldn’t have dreamed of calling anyone else. Aside from being a true professional who is dedicated to her clients, Vicki is kind, fun to be around, and ALWAYS took the time to explain what was happening. Now, I am happy that she is not only my realtor, but also a trusted friend. I provide you with the highest possible recommendation of Vicki!

Vicki was tremendous to work with. She was responsive to our questions and really helped us navigate all aspects of the home buying process. We could not have had a better agent to work with us as we were buying our home, and we could not recommend anyone more.

Vicki Via did an excellent job of helping us sell our home! She brought in a professional stager who told us how much furniture to keep for staging, what paint colors to use for our interior walls, etc. The stager included other tips to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures that were used on YouTube and other real estate sites. She had colorful pamphlets created that were placed in a plastic container on the 'for sale' sign in front of our home. Vicki is very experienced so we never had to worry about any paperwork that had to be processed and filed. My husband and I highly recommend Vicki Via to be your realtor of choice. You will not be disappointed!
