Vickie was an absolute joy to work with and was very knowledgeable about the market. We meet her at one of her open houses early in our search and knew immediately that we wanted to work with her. We meet with her and discussed what we wanted and where we were looking. She immediately went to work on finding us properties which at the time was a challenge because homes in the area were selling so quickly. Vickie was extremely flexible with our schedules and we never felt any pressure from her. We felt she was completely honest with us and truly wanted to ensure we found our perfect home. Without any doubt, should we find ourselves in the market again, she would be my first call.

It was a pleasure working with Vickie on an investment property in Richmond. Got excellent pre as well as post ‘ closing’ service. She provided all the help needed to close. Month latter she, just before the tax filing dates, also provided the documents needed to file the taxes for the property. I will definitely recommend her.

We were moving to the Midlothian area during Covid. While houses were moving quickly, Vicki was able to secure of an appointment to see the home first thing that morning. We put an offer in immediately due to her suggestion and she made it completely seamless. She coordinated us moving into the home early and set up a cleaning service to be move in ready.

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Vickie Coleman. Vickie is hard working, personable and willing to do whatever it takes to close the sale. I had some difficult challenges with the sale of my home and not once did Vickie give up. She went above and beyond the normal expectation to make sure I sold and closed on my property. Vickie listens to her clients. She advises you, but in the end if you disagree she will abide by your wishes and do everything she can to help you achieve the sale. I never had any problems getting in touch with her and she was always prompt in returning my calls. After a showing with another agent she sent the agent a short questionnaire so I would know how the showing went and any feedback. I never had to wait for that information! She was alway on top of things. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vickie Coleman for any of your real estate NEEDS!
