As a resident of Gainesville since 1986, I can truly say that Gainesville is home. As a former educator and now licensed Realtor, it gives me the greatest of pleasure to help newcomers also make Gainesville "home" as well as help those native to the area find their dream home or sell their current home to relocate. I have been both a renter and a homeowner, and I am confident that home ownership is the way to go. It has been and continues to be the best investment for my future prosperity by a long shot, which is why I enjoy doing what I do so much.
