Victoria was very professional. She explained the same thing over and over to me until I felt like I understood the home-buying process that I was doing (first time home buyer). She advocated for me with third parties when they dropped the ball. She was always on time and very responsive. I like that she is bilingual because my parents were able to ask questions that I didn’t think about. When we would go look at homes she would point thing out for me that I didn’t even notice and she would tell me to consider x,y,z if I decided on that home.

My husband and I found our dream home and are extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you Victoria and team.

Vicky has been so helpful in our whole journey. To random questions at any hour...to watching our kids in the car while we view a house (last min sitter canceled on us) after feeling stressed out to view a house with three kids under 5
She made us feel like everything was fine!!!
