About Vicky
Vicky Cummings has more than 20 years of top sales experience and believes that her creativity and business skills have attributed to her success in real estate. She also believes that her passion for helping people and her strong real estate lineage play a major role.
“Real estate is in my blood as well as in my heart” says Vicky, who used her sales background to launch her real estate career over two decades ago.
Both of Vicky’s parents have been in the real estate business here in Ventura County for over 40 years. Her father is a real estate investor with several residential and commercial properties. Her mother is a real estate investor and sales expert with hundreds of highly satisfied clients.
“I grew up witnessing the dramatic transformation of homes from complete disarray to spectacular masterpiece” Vicky says. “Since then, I have been able to see the beauty potential in each property and to envision the amazing possibilities.”
Vicky focuses daily on her proactive marketing approach, which includes prospecting on the phone seeking to help both sellers and buyers meet their needs. Sellers want to get the most money possible for their home and buyers want to make sure they are getting the home they have been searching for at the best price in today’s market. Vicky is dedicated to helping both sellers and buyers get what they want.
Vicky has experience with property management, including marketing, staging, and evictions. She has won awards, including the Coldwell Banker Premier Rookie of the Year Award, the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Top 17% of Network Award, Prudential CA Realty Leading Edge Society Top 7% of Network Award, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices President Circle Top 4% of Network, Elite Circle, & Leading-Edge Society Top 7%.
Vicky is actively involved in the community and says that her passion is to help the homeless here in Ventura County. “Since I was a child, I always had compassion for the people I’d see on the streets that were looking for food and shelter. I used to talk about how great it would be to have a big house that everyone who was on the streets could consider home” Vicky says. This vision has been her inspiration for helping families find the homes they are searching for and for developing great relationships with her clients.
It is also what led her to become a part of Project Understanding, for which Vicky served on the Board of Directors for 5 years. Project Understanding is a local organization that provides resources to local families in need and been serving over 40 years to provide hope by developing and directing resources for the purpose of transforming lives and community through justice & compassion.
Vicky currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS (2022-2024) and is actively involved with Women’s Council of Realtors. She served as a District Vice President of Women’s Council of Realtors California (2021-2022) and was network President in Ventura County for 2020 and President Elect in 2019. Women’s Council of Realtors is the sister umbrella to National Association of Realtors. It’s Mission Statement: We are a Network of successful Realtors advancing women as business leaders in the industry and communities we serve.
