Victor’s passion for real estate began through his family’s business, Scandinavian Design House, where he worked extensively in Miami’s luxury residential market. There, he gained hands-on experience in the design, construction, and installation of high-end kitchens, closets, and custom interiors. Working alongside his father and sister helped him develop a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding client service.
Before transitioning into real estate, Victor spent more than three years caddying on the PGA Tour for professional golfer Erik Compton. During that time, he participated in over 95 PGA Tour events and five major championships, including the 2015 Masters Tournament. One of the highlights of his career was helping Compton achieve a runner-up finish at the 2014 U.S. Open at Pinehurst No. 2.
Victor began his professional career after graduating from Barry University with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business Marketing. While at Barry, he was a member of two national championship-winning golf teams under legendary coach Jimmy Stobs. His love for golf started at an early age, nurtured by his father and brother and supported by a close-knit family.
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Victor brings the discipline, dedication, and competitive spirit he developed through athletics and business to every client relationship. His diverse background, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence make him a trusted advisor for clients navigating today’s real estate market.
