Victor Borelli has been a part of the real estate business for over thirty-four years. His adventures began at Pyramid Realty Company where he was trained at their state-of-the-art 24th/Noe Valley Street office. From that point on Victor continued his profession working for many well respected real estate companies including: McGuire Real Estate, Skyline Realty, Inc., Colonial Realty & Investment Company, Paragon, and Pacific Union Real Estate Group.

Victor’s primary emphasis is an even representation of both Investment and Residential listings and sales in San Francisco and the Peninsula. He primarily works on a referral basis and has a longstanding following and relationship with many of his clients.

Victor’s philosophy is very simple, the better he prepares a buyer or seller before they set out to achieve their goal, the easier the task will be. In the case of a buyer, he will acquaint them with all the forms and contracts used in a purchase, have them obtain a loan “pre-approval”, and target the market(s) they will work in. In the case of a seller, he will first qualify their goal, then he will carefully evaluate what needs to be done in the way of preparing the property for the market, and then work together to implement a Marketing Plan. Prior to placing the property for sale, he would compile a comprehensive Disclosure Report package for buyers to consider before they make their offer.

Victor’s experience and personal network affords his clients the help they may need, be it a legal or tax question, or a referral of a painter or handyman. He can generally get competitive bids for work to be performed as a result of a Pest Control report or Contractor’s Inspection that has recommended repairs. He has saved clients money and has saved many transactions.
