Born and raised in San Diego, Victor has seen it go through many changes. From dairy farms to hotels and shopping centers in Mission Valley, to the revival of the "Gas Lamp Quarter" and the urban living explosion of Downtown San Diego. It has grown from a sleepy seaside community to "America's Finest City."

Having graduated from San Diego State University, with a BS degree in Accounting/Finance and with over 16 years as a licensed real estate agent Victor has extensive knowledge about the different communities that make up America's Finest city and what each has to offer.
