My name is Victor Simeon, I graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and currently work as a Real Estate Agent with Estate Farmer LLC. My background in finance has given me a strong understanding of investments, financial analysis, and business decision-making, while my experience in real estate has allowed me to apply those skills in a practical, client-focused environment.

Since becoming a real estate agent, I have helped clients navigate the buying and selling process, reviewed contracts and transaction documents, and worked closely with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure successful closings. Through this experience, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, as well as a deep appreciation for the importance of attention to detail.
