My career began on the investment side, where I flipped more than 150 properties and facilitated over 300 private lending real estate deals across the country. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of pricing, negotiations, deal structure, financing, and transaction management long before transitioning into full service residential brokerage. Today, I’ve been involved in more than 450 successful real estate transactions while remaining firmly rooted in the Austin market.
What sets my approach apart is communication. The number one complaint consumers have about real estate agents is lack of communication, and I’ve built my practice to directly solve that problem. I lead with transparency, proactive updates, and clear expectations so clients always know what’s happening and what comes next. I believe most stress in real estate comes from uncertainty, and uncertainty can be eliminated through consistent, honest communication.
