This is the 3rd house of mine that Victoria has helped me sell and, once again, exceeds expectations with her knowledge, professionalism, and absolute kindness. I hired Victoria to help me sell my new construction home and to help guide me through this increasing housing market without being taken advantage of, being that it was a new build. She appropriately reviewed the comps, reassured me of my home’s worth, and even stood in my corner when I was bullied with a price offer $45k under asking by a friend of someone who worked for the builder. She has an amazing photographer who took breathtaking photos of my home, and when listed, was under contract within 9 hours!! She’s always quick to respond to calls, messages, or emails, and resolved all of my and the buyers’ questions. She’s a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful to have had her by my side through another seamless sale. Thank you! ❤️

We had been working with a realtor to find our new home in the St. Petersburg area. We had planned a weekend visit from New York to Florida to look at houses but our realtor was going to be out of the country. Victoria jumped right in and helped out. She put together an itinerary of potential houses and helped us find the perfect house! She worked with us on the offer and later that day it was accepted. It was a whirlwind 24 hours but everything was perfect because Victoria was there to handle. I'd highly recommend her.

Even though Victoria wasn’t our primary broker for the deal (was assisting someone out of town) she made us feel like her absolute number 1 priority. Victoria was very helpful and easy to work with. She did a very good job in helping get the house ready for sale, which was needed as this was an out-of-state sale. We ended up selling the house for quite a bit more than the previous realtor recommended as well and all her recommendations all worked out well.

Victoria help us find our first home so years back she work extremely hard to find a house that we like. She teach us a lot in our search. For her was not about a paycheck it was about building a relationship, so much that years later we contact her with questions about buying another house and she jump right in and explain to us the do’s and don’t of today market something that three previous real state agents couldn’t explain. Four years ago we bought our first Florida home with Victoria Legrow. We were very pleased with Victoria when we worked with her so we contacted her again to help us look for another home this year. Victoria was very patient with us as we looked at many different homes and she never pressured us into making an offer. She was very professional and researched every home we found to make sure it had no issues.
