We don't even know where to begin.. We had found a home that we both fell in love with, and with the loan we had, there were a lot of stipulations. We had put a few offers on it already. We found a major document we needed and were ecstatic to tell our realtor. They didn't get as excited as we did and we felt as though we would definitely lose the home. We called Josh and Victoria, they were also my in law's realtor, we explained the situation and they jumped on it! They fought long and hard for us to get this home! Also all at the beginning of covid.
It was a long couple of months, but by the time we finally met them in person at our closing, it was like we've known each other for years! We highly recommend them to everyone. They are an amazing and knowledgeable team!! We thank you both so much!!!
