About Victoria

Raised in Europe, I felt an instant connection with the Hudson Valley region that changed the course of my life. With its creative energy, varied lifestyles, and forward-thinking, the area is unlike any other part of the country. I was drawn to the local rich arts culture, its schools of painting, crafts tradition, performing arts, and music. With a particular interest in the region’s homes, I familiarized myself with every nook and cranny. Whether it’s a classic farmhouse or a private mountaintop estate, there’s something about the variety of houses in this area that never ceases to excite and surprise. Becoming a broker was a natural progression as I turned my passion for real estate into an absorbing career.

There are rare and special locations in this region with spectacular natural beauty. In hiking and exploring the beautiful Hudson Valley for the past 30 years, I’m still blown away by its magical parks, meadows, streams and lakes.

My mission since becoming a full-time broker has been to track the market both sides of the Hudson River, familiarizing myself with the most interesting and the best of its inventory. What that allows me to do is to match buyers with the house that will–as one client put it–make their heart sing. Because I have sixteen years of following the market, I’m able to give sellers an informed Comparative Market Analysis. The key to selling your house in these challenging times is to correctly price it against your competition, and to have the right presentation—both on the web in photographs and description, and also for showings.
