Vikas (Vik) Wadhwa, is the founder of Modern Chicago Homes. Vikas is passionate about architecture and modern design. Vikas currently resides in the Lincoln Park neighborhood where he renovated a historic 1876 built townhome with a modern Scandinavian inspired interior. Previously, he lived in the Mies van der Rohe designed Commonwealth Plaza residences in a unit he meticulously designed and renovated.
