Had a tremendous experience with Viktor. His professionalism and knowledge In the Housing market is second to none. I recommend his services to anyone in the market. You wont hesitate to even promote his services yourself after your experience. Its always a challenge to find a good agent , but Viktor works with you as if he was working for himself or a family member. To summary my experience, Viktor is what a was looking for and more in the Real Estate Industry!!!

I used Viktor to sell my condo and he did and excellent job, even getting over asking price on the sale. Viktor was very informative about what the housing market was doing and what prospective buyers were looking for. Viktor also helped pick out the right finishes when remodeling the kitchen and bathroom, so I could get better value for my condo. I will definitely be using Viktor to purchase a property in the future.
