He makes things happen in a very short span of time. He makes things seamless especially for a busy professional like me. He is very attentive to my needs. From the very first time we contacted them, Brenda, our realtor, treated us like a friend—someone who personally cared about helping us and was looking out for our interests. If there is such a thing as a family feel when it comes to realtors, this is where you will get that. Since we first began our housing search Brenda was on top of it like no one else. We contacted several agencies and realtors at once and Brenda was the only one who seemed to care about helping us and who followed up with us constantly. She sent us regular listings, checked in with us personally when something came out that was a particularly good match, and gave us pro tips to help our application be the one accepted when we finally found a place we loved. And even now, she’s helping us navigate the process of moving to Boston and settling into our new apartment. I randomly came across DBR when I was walking down Tremont St and so lucky I did. I've had my eyes on the Tremont on the Garden building and DBR is located right in the building. They also represent majority of the listings in this building. Peter and Vilma were amazing- professional and super accommodating. I walked in late and they stayed late to show me a couple units. Peter was a gem- super responsive to all of my questions and accommodating when I asked to see the unit a couple times so I can take measurements. They are also a family owned business so you know they care their reputation and clients. I would absolutely recommend them!

My girlfriend and I recently rented an apartment in Boston through Downtown Boston Realty. We primarily worked with Vilma, who is extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. She made our entire renting process headache-free and helped me rent an accompanying parking spot for a non-standard amount of time (my car lease is up half way through the year and I may not get a new car afterwards). She even notified me of cable and internet package deals for the area. Everyone else that we worked with at Downtown Boston Realty has been equally as friendly and helpful as Vilma - if you are renting in the Downtown Boston area, I highly recommend you rent through them.

Brenda Hudson is phenomenal. I was looking for an apartment long distance, without much flexibility to visit listings in person. Brenda sifted through listings to find appropriate options based on my requirements and visited units in person on my behalf. She FaceTimed me during her visits to give me a view into the units, and was good about pointing out any issues that were not visible on screen. Brenda and Vilma are both outstanding realtors! Brenda was the listing broker for a two-family home in Cambridge that we purchased with our son three years ago. After the sale, they were both extremely helpful at suggesting minor remodeling improvements and in finding us a wonderful tenant for the second apartment.
