Vince Honc

If you trace Vince Honc’s (pronounced ‘Honch’), it becomes apparent that having a destiny in the real estate industry was inevitable. The youngest of 5 brothers, Vince was raised in Cape Coral, bought his first waterfront property at 18…and made money on it.

Like the rest of the family, he was involved in the family business, HONC CONSTRUCTION, early on—learning marine construction, selling fill dirt, mining shell rock, etc., and site work. When the company was divided in 1997, each brother was charged with the care of a particular division. Vince managed the commercial site development side of the business…a ‘from the ground up’ education in one of many segments related to the real estate business in Southwest Florida.

His experience and insight sharpened even more as he entered residential real estate sales, working for (and learning from) some of the best area names in the business until starting The Honc Team, and aligning with Premier Plus Realty.

Vince is a rare amalgamation of insight and experience when it comes to the real estate business in Cape Coral and Southwest Florida. His work ethic and insight are what is lacking in many Southwest Florida Realtors.
