With over 1,000 closed transactions and helping clients buy or sell over $450,000,000 of Arizona real estate over the years, he has continued to hit mega milestones throughout his career. Vincent is well-known for his ability to listen and understand his clients’ needs, allowing him to continually deliver above and beyond their goals and expectations. His personal and professional character allows Vincent to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients. His wholistic approach to “intelligent advisory” however is based in numbers and statistics, where he feels “there is no substitute for the facts”. He has an unmatched grasp on property values and is constantly involved in continuing education that separates him from any of his competition.
Vincent was born and raised outside of Chicago and has now lived in the Phoenix and surrounding areas for over 20 years. He has his finger on the pulse of the Phoenix Valley and prides himself on being able to navigate the city from every angle, including nightlife, hospitality, art and cuisine. Outside of the real estate world, Vincent’s hobbies include owning and working out at his CrossFit gym in Scottsdale, getting out to see live music and especially enjoys spending time with his growing family.
