Virginia brings 9 years of experience setting record-breaking financial results for sellers, grounded in fierce (certified) negotiation skills and a design-minded approach that consistently exceeds clients expectations. She launched In Good Company to offer clients solutions crafted for their unique journey—rooted in honesty, warmth, and strategy that goes beyond the numbers. By layering thoughtful design services into every transaction, Virginia helps elevate spaces, strengthen outcomes, and create results that feel as good as they perform.

In addition to her many years in single and multifamily real estate, Virginia holds a Bachelor of Sociology Degree and a Certificate of Organic Master Gardening from Portland State University. She is a member of the Portland Metro Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

When Virginia is not tenaciously advocating for her clients, she is in the kitchen working on recipes that begin with, “Day 1…”, drinking delicious coffee and tending her garden with her young family and her labradoodle, Polly.
