I find that I am a difficult customer to put it simply. I know what I want and I’m unwilling to yield from those wants. With every decision that I make I do my best to make sure I won’t regret that decision later. I am annoyingly meticulous and demanding, cautious and untrusting. To top things off, I needed a real estate agent to work with me from 2K miles away and find a home for my family without us being present. I assumed it would be difficult to find someone I not only trusted but meshed with as well. I actually dreaded the idea of interviewing and looking for a real estate agent, especially from 2K miles away. I put it off even after I was qualified for a loan. My experience with real estate agents is that they’re in it for the quick money. They don’t want to work hard or go the extra mile, but Virginia Bradshaw is nothing like that. She is amazing! I found Virginia by accident - a blessed accident - but an accident nonetheless. After I interrogated her for about an hour and she didn’t flinch, she quickly won both my favor and trust - which is not an easy feat. She was positive and warm, reassuring but honest. I told her what I wanted and she happily embraced the challenge. She has gone above and beyond for my family and me. She has FaceTimed with my children and me to do walkthroughs, making my children feel welcomed and a part of the process. She is thorough, convicted and take so much pride in what she does. She doesn’t cut corners or leave anything out. Her customer service is impeccable. Although I was unable to be there when she visited the homes, she sent me videos and made me feel so very confident in placing a bid. I have literally bothered Virginia about every little minute detail, yet she never displayed any annoyance or irritation with my ridiculous requests. Instead, she met me with joy and excitement for the homes she was about to look at for me. If I had to wait for an answer or call back, it was because I called her so late in the day. She was constantly mindful of the three hour time difference and always waited to call me until it was a decent hour in my time zone. I CANNOT recommend Virginia enough. My tasks were not easy, but she tackled them with joy, grace and a great deal of compassion. Whether you live in Virginia or you’re moving to Virginia, you will NOT regret working with Ms. Virginia Bradshaw. She is just simply amazing in every sense of the word.

Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or rent a home, Virginia Bradshaw is who you need. Ever the consummate professional, she is honest, courteous, knowledgeable, absolutely unflappable, and fearless when faced with difficult situations. She helped us rent out our home, and later sold it so quickly it was barely on the market. If you do not really want to sell your house, then look elsewhere, but if you DO, and you would like it to be as pleasant an experience as possible, call Virginia. You will be happy you did.
