About Virginia

Many of Virginia’s friends and family call her Ginni and she has been in the real estate business since July 2006. Ginni works well with all individuals and absolutely loves her job! She has been accused of having the "Knack of Gab" but really she just communicates well with people. Ginni is the last of six siblings raised in the Air Force. Her Dad retired after 27 years. Her Uncle was injured in Pearl Harbor. Her Dad had three brothers, all in the military. She loved hearing their stories as they grew up. Being from a large military family gives Ginni many perspectives in life, she knows how a large family functions, and has experienced and understands the military lifestyle.

Ginni served 11 years in the US Army Reserve, serving in Desert Storm/Shield and many other duties along the way. This is also where she met her husband of 26 years. Together, they have five children and five grandchildren. Her family is a strong military family, and her children were raised with those same standards. Ginni’s stepson served in the Marines, her daughter in the Navy, her Son in the Army, and she has two nephews currently in the Army. You can imagine the stories at their family gatherings. Ginni’s husband is from a large farming family in Missouri which gives her an unfamiliar perspective of lifestyles. She feels like these are the reasons she can understand where her clients are coming from.

Ginni loves being out in the community and has served on the parks board as well as coached several soccer, baseball, and softball teams. Ginni has won several awards while working in real estate, her favorite is the contacts and friends that she has made along the way. Ginni is hard-working and dedicated to making sure you have the help you need with all your real estate needs.
