Virginia comes to the Rise team with a real estate background in luxury new home construction along with 15 years of corporate HR experience and successfully obtaining her SHRM-CP Certification. Virginia also holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership, a bachelor’s in business management with a minor in marketing and sales. Her background and expertise have provided her with the skills to have a profound understanding of workplace dynamics, managing complex negotiations, and project management.
