This was my first time using Vito as my realtor, but will definitely not be my last. Vito is professional, knowledgeable, and an expert in his field. He answered every pesky question I had, explained things to my level and was available morning, noon and night. What impressed me most about Vito, was his experience as an appraiser, home inspector and realtor. What else could you ask for from someone who's there to help you make one of the most important decisions in your life? I highly recommend Vito LiRosi if you're looking for a realtor!

Vito was our agent for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. With his experience as an inspector he was able to help identify existing issues and provide insight on the extent of repairs needed. He was extremely patient throughout the process as our search was limited to one area. I highly recommend his services!

I am a first time home buyer (and relatively young) and I had no guidance on how to navigate such a daunting process. There are a lot of people in the industry trying to take advantage of those who aren’t experts in real estate (like me). Prior to Vito I was with another realtor who was very deceiving, and I was also being very pressured in to buying immediately. In having the experience of working with what I’d call a “typical” realtor, I was even more thankful for working with Vito. Every step of the way, he was patient, honest, and I always knew I had someone who was looking out for my best interest and had my back. When making such a big decision you definitely want someone who genuinely cares, and he’s your guy! (He was also previously a home inspector and knows a lot about other design aspects of a home and helped me with references which was another bonus!) We had a lot of mishaps along the way but having his support made things a lot less stressful and everything exceeded my expectations. Thanks again Vito!

I highly recommend Vito LiRosi for all your real estate needs. As an agent he will exceed your expectations and making your selling or buying journey a pleasant experience. Home buying in this market can be very stressful. Vito had so much patience, was extremely organized and professional which made everything go smooth. He’s a top realtor, a current home inspector and a former home appraiser, so he knew exactly what to look for saving us time and money!! You can’t get any better than that! Vito answered every question in a timely manner and had great availability and walked us through every step. Even after closing he made sure everything was perfectly in order. A lot of realtors have a “sales” mentality where Vito was never pushy. He cares about his clients like family. He’s second to none and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
