Viveca Stahl

Viveca is a transplanted Swede, well-integrated in the local community McLean and Falls Church. As an expat child, she spent her formative years in several countries across Europe and the Middle East. With a keen interest in Real Estate she began her studies in Sweden, after completing her B.Sc. in International Business & Marketing and an AA degree in Arabic at the University of Lund, Sweden in 1992. She jumped into the US real estate market in 2006 to realize her passion, which had already begun a few years earlier in Stockholm, and co-founded the SK Group with business partner Eve Shapiro, creating a premiere real estate team that offers unparalleled service for sellers and buyers of prime real estate in the Metropolitan DC Area with over 130M to date as they service VA, DC and MD. With her extensive travels, multiple language proficiencies as well as her exposure to several cultures, she acquired an aptness for the cultural play in business. Coupled with her adept social skills, keen sense for mediation and her persistent drive to perform, Viveca has the unique ability to overcome hurdles and difficulties that often arise in real estate transactions. Viveca is fluent in English, French, German, Arabic and Swedish.
