As a New Hampshire native with Puerto Rican roots, I bring a strong sense of community, culture, and connection to every client relationship. Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to better serve a diverse range of Sellers.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 20 years in the service industry, where I developed the communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills that continue to benefit my clients today. Whether navigating a simple sale, emotional sale, a competitive sale, or complex negotiations, I strive to make every transaction smooth, informed, and successful.
I have earned both my Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and Certified Real Estate Negotiator certification (CREN), giving my clients the confidence of working with a knowledgeable and strategic advocate. I was also honored to be named a Finalist in the Best of Greater Nashua in both 2023 and 2025.
