Vladislava (Sunny) is the absolute agent you need to work with. She is knowledgeable, supportive, and enthusiastic to help you.
Being the first-house buyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainties. Sunny was always eager to answer my questions as quickly as possible. Having such a supportive and kind person beside you is always hearthwarming in this overwhelming process.
I never could have gone through this process without Sunny's help! She is absolutely amazing! I also need to mention that she is very meticulous about the details you see in a house. She brings small things to your attention that are usually overlooked.
I remember I had issues with my bank taking care of wiring the money to the title company. On the closing day, she accompanied me to the bank and followed up with me until the wire transfer completed.
