About Vlora

Vlora Sejdi's growth is fueled by learning. Vlora and her team are passionate about being up to date on all the newest information and technology and providing a high level of training to their real estate professionals. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Pace University, she attended John Jay Graduate school for her master’s in public administration. Shortly thereafter, Vlora started her real estate career in a boutique firm in Soho, NY. She enjoyed sales, and quickly became a top producer in the firm. Soon, newer agents began approaching her for advice and she discovered that what she enjoyed more than sales was helping agents and seeing their confidence increase with every transaction. The CEO recognized her passion for guiding and training agents and promoted her the role of Sales Manager. By the end of her first year in the role, Vlora’s company sales volume doubled. From there she took the reins as the Chief Operating Officer, during which time she earned multiple awards and was featured in several news outlets for her performance and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Joining Team Success has been transformative for Vlora as the culture of her team is unmatched by any she had seen in her career. Their focus is on improving people's lives, rather than improving the company bottom line. They have laid the foundation for aggressive growth and the development of their team and its members. They have steadily doubled and tripled sales over the past few years and they are just getting started.

As one of several bilingual team members, Vlora is happy to be of service to their Albanian speaking clients.

In her free time, Vlora enjoys exploring the tri state area with her young children, reading a wide variety of books, and experimenting with recipes until she creates something new. Vlora has been inspired by Igor to run a half marathon and she is in the early stages of training. Her love of people is matched only by her love of shoes, and you will often find Vlora wearing beautiful and totally impractical heels!
