Having bought numerous homes, we were the seller this time. This was a bit tricky as this was the sale of my in laws house. We are out of state, so that was another layer of difficulty. Wade was on everything we needed.

Wow, What can I say. If you want the best customer service Realtor in the business use Wade. Quick example of his stellar service. I wanted see see a property mid day on a Friday. Wade was in the process of moving from his own personal house into his new one. I told Wade he can wait to show me the property at a later date but Wade Stated " in todays market it may not be there tomorrow."

Wade left his own move to come and show me the property. Which I actually ended up buying. Wade answered all my questions at all hours of the day and night. Wade also has a vast group of vendors to get things done quickly.

Save yourself all the trouble and just use Wade. He knows the upcoming legislation concerning the Florida housing market and any potential pit falls or bonus for purchasing in the area.

I cant say it enough he is just the best.

Wade was nothing short of spectacular!! I called him the Concierge of real estate. He was very well at communicating and helping every step of the way.
