About Wade

I got started in real estate in 2014, right at the turn of the market. Selling real estate in Sarasota during a time when foreclosures were still over half of the market, I had an excellent opportunity to use the knowledge of my construction background to assist investors in making purchases based on renovation costs and resale value. During my first two years of real estate, I was involved in over 40 transactions, catapulting the new career I have grown to love.

My focus now is offering excellent service in listing homes for sellers with a marketing approach that beats the competition. I work tirelessly with buyers to find the home they can love for a lifetime. I also enjoy working with investors in consulting on current trends in materials and design. Staging of Mid Century Modern homes is a passion of mine, and I have my own personal collection of hard-to-find modern furniture and art.

The most exciting part of my career is waking up every day not knowing exactly what may be in store for that day and the people whom I may meet. It’s amazing how many different people I have had the pleasure of meeting over my career thus far. I take the time to learn the goals of my customers and enjoy assisting them in turning their home selling and buying goals into accomplishments.

When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife, Rhae Ann, and our three energetic boys. In my personal free time, I enjoy searching for and refinishing 1950s Modern Scandinavian furniture, kayaking, and exploring our beautiful little city.
