Wally got his first opportunity in real estate in 2006 when a blossoming property management company asked that he move from the Great Northwest to Pensacola Florida. Over a 4 year period, Wally helped grow a 40 property startup to a 200 property enterprise. In addition to his property management experience, Wally also had a chance to oversee numerous project
developments, including extensive renovations and custom construction.

In 2010, Wally packed his bags and returned home to Washington for an opportunity with another property management company where he was responsible for the oversight of over 300 properties. With a passion for consulting and client service, Wally shifted from property management to purchase and sale representation in 2013. As a residential investment acquisition specialist, Wally’s primary focus became the identification and evaluation of off market opportunities. In addition to transaction
management, this new role required that Wally sharpen his expertise regarding renovation budgets and market values.

Outside the office you’ll find Wally exploring the Northwest with his Wife Erica, Daughter Karis, Son Jacob and labradoodle Tucker. As an avid participant in recreational sports, Wally seizes every opportunity to participate with local football, softball and baseball teams. When the opportunity presents itself he also attempts to improve and his semi-hopeless golf game.
