Having been a first time buyer, my largest fear was that buying my first hour=se would take so long and that i would end up settling for something i didn't love out of frustration, a horrible habit of mine. When i friend referred Wally to me I was skeptical. My fear of the unknown and horror stories I have heard of first time buyers getting duped had me worried. Thank god I took my friends advice and contacted Wally! He took the time to ensure that every fear and concern of mine was met and eliminated. He never rushed me through anything and his knowledge showed most as he explained everything that i wasn't sure of to keep me happy. After showing me, what must of felt to him like, a million listings I finally found the home that I wanted. The surprise I had when he continued with his approach of keeping me informed and up to date as i went through escrow was very refreshing! Having made the largest investment of my life thus far and having him there every step of the way to guide me was incredible! I learned so much from him and got exactly what i wanted at the end! Wally is a very knowledgeable and respectable person in this industry and most importantly, he will do what is best for his client when he's representing them. I've heard a lot of horror stories about agents that do what's best for themselves but not Wally. He does the right thing every time and will tell you the truth regardless of the situation. He has recently represented me in a purchase of a property and has made this a very smooth transaction for me and explained every step of the process as well as set the proper expectations. I highly recommend Wally to all my friends, family and anyone in need of either buying or selling properties or anything else related to real estate. We met Wally when we wanted to visit a home for sale we found online. He met us there as arranged. Unfortunately the house wasn't what we were looking for, but Wally promised that he would keep us updated on available homes we may like in the area. We were not in any particular hurry to find a house, but to our surprise, within 2 weeks we made an offer on the perfect house that he found for us! Wally is professional, personable, knows the area, accessible and immediately responsive to our questions and concerns. We are happy to recommend him to anyone!

I had delt with one other realtor about two years ago. Things didn't fall into place the way it needed too. Needless to say I was very apprehensive to go through this very emotional process all over again. From the start Walleed answered any and all questions. Eva & I had decided to sell rental home in the city of Redlands California. Please not that we live in Anaheim, CA. Eva & I had interviewed another realtor from Century 21, but was not impressed with her plan and approach. It was very negative from the beginning. Then we were given Wally’s contact information from a friend and Wally was highly recommended to Eva & I. Before signing the agreement, we interviewed Wally and his approach and plan so very, very impressive. As we ventured down this path, it was about 1 week, when we started to get offers. By the 4 week, the home was sold. Wally’s tenacious drive in selling a home, is incredible and now I can understand why he is #1 with ReMax. I highly recommend Wally for sellers or buyers that are looking for a home.

we had a real estate agent trying to sell our house for 3 months before I met Wally and he only had 3 open houses and was never in contact with us, we did not feel like he cared whether the house sold or not. After talking with Wally he told me exactly what he would do to sell the house and how it would benefit me and also him, I trusted him and hired him as my agent. He sent flyers around the neighborhood, talked with local agents, held open houses every weekend, and showed the house to a lot of interests buyers. I also liked the fact that he was always available and kept us up to date with everything going on. He sold the house in a month. I am happy I decided to use Wally and would definitely recommend him to anyone else, his work ethic is amazing

Wally is truly one of a kind. He is professional and is outgoing and makes sure that during the beginning and end of the buying process that one feels comfortable. Wally is truly there for the customer and will do anything for his clients. He was able to help right away and be honest with my husband which he had to go through a bad experience with another realtor. Our experience with Walleed was nothing short of amazing! He was always on top of his game and was a phone call / text away whenever we had questions or needed help with something! what really stood out to us was that from the beginning he made us feel like family and not just some customer. He looked out for us, made sure we were happy, and was very honest! He also made it very clear to us that if it didn't feel like home then we needed to keep looking! He was never pushy or persistent for us to put in an offer on a house until we found the right one and were absolutely ready! One late afternoon I received a txt from Walleed to let us know he had found the house we were looking for but if we didn't see it soon we might miss our chance, so that same night at around 9pm after my boyfriend got home from work Walleed met with us and we were introduced to the home that we immediately fell in love with! the next day we submitted the offer and here we are a few weeks later all moved in! Luckily Walleed had some great connections that's ended up helping us save money and close escrow in about 17 days! we know with a growing family we'll be wanting to get something bigger in a few years but we won't ever need to question who were going to call! Walleed was fantastic and we look forward to working with him again!

I had to take the time to write a great review for Wally. First off, I'm not the easiest person to work for because I'm a perfectionist and I have high expectations, especially when it comes to business. Wally was absolutely wonderful and was able to cater to my every need and more. Prior to purchasing my first home in June 2015 with Wally, I was looking to purchase a home in 2012. Wally unfortunately was not my agent. I had to schedule appointments that would work well for my previous Realtor and my schedule. With Wally, it was all about MY schedule. Every time I was interested in seeing a property, Wally made it happen THAT day! He's a work horse and his work ethic is astounding. He'll always be our Real Estate Agent for all future Real Estate investments/sales.

I worked with Wally near the end of 2014. At that time it was early in his real estate career. In knowing that I felt like his knowledge and professionalism was that of a seasoned agent. We found a property and my offer was accepted rather quickly, but my waiting game began during escrow. Everything that could go wrong during escrow pretty much did. To no fault to Wally or his team, but more so because of my HOAs regulations and at one point changing lenders mid-escrow. Throughout the entire process Wally was available, attentive, and understanding. I highly recommend him.
