Walt Heil

Walt has an extensive professional background in sales and marketing, working in the Silicon Valley hi-tech industry. He entered the world of real estate in 2019 and has been thriving ever since. Walt has lived in Santa Cruz County for over 25 years and has a deep understanding of the housing market, including the school districts and what each neighborhood offers. Walt specializes in all levels of Real Estate, from helping millennials buy their first home to assisting x-gens in moving up and more. His ability to listen, understand client needs, and deliver on a joint plan is key to his success. He is also N.A.R. Green designated Realtor® and passionate about the environment. He helps buyers understand how to reduce energy consumption and implement sustainable solutions that can positively change the world around us.

He lives in Scotts Valley with his wife Jean, where they raised their two children. He is an active member of the Santa Cruz Board Of Realtors® and serves on several committees to further the education of other Realtors®. In addition, he gives back to the community by volunteering at the Santa Cruz soup kitchen and San Agustin Church. He loves the outdoors and is an avid tennis player, surfer’ want-to-be, hiker, and skier. You can sometimes find him on the beach, gathering driftwood which he combines with succulents and sea glass to make wall hangings for his clients.
