Walter Collins

Born in Oakland, California, my family moved back to Jacksonville, Florida in 1974. Jacksonville is definitely home and I wouldn't want to live in any other city. I am married with two children, and I absolutely love my career in real estate.

I joined EXIT Realty in 2005, which has proven to be the best move I ever made. I have consistently been a top producer, consistently averaging $11-13 million in annual sales. I have the experience and proven skills to achieve my customer's goals. For the last 6 years, I have been in the top 10 for sales with EXIT Realty in the State of Florida.

In January 2007, I joined forces with Bill Sharp to open EXIT 1 Stop Realty. With Bill's mortgage and title experience along with EXIT Realty’s national real estate franchise we have created a winning combination.
As owner of the Real Estate Brokerage, I have worked to build a company that facilitates all of our customer's needs including sales, listings, new construction, property management and short sale/pre-foreclosure properties.

In 2010 the Collins Team was put in place. Five dedicated, experienced people (4 agents and 1 staff) provide a consistent, high level of customer service.
