Walter was terrific as a buyer's agent! I'm sure it's no surprise that the Santa Cruz housing market is very difficult for buyers but Walter found a great home, that fit many of my key criteria, before it even hit the MLS. This gave me a huge advantage in finding my dream home for a surprisingly reasonable price. Walter also is very familiar with the area and gave me some great advice on areas to focus on. My home search took just over a month, much faster than I'd hoped.
