Wanda Wise

Wanda, originally from Pennsylvania, spent many years as a computer operator and office manager for the York Daily Record. Wanda, her husband Sam, and their family fell in love with the Outer Banks after vacationing here in 1980. They realized a dream when they built their investment beach home in South Nags Head in 2000. As empty nesters, Sam and Wanda began eyeing a move to the Outer Banks and she pursued a real estate license in Pennsylvania. Her immediate success in Pennsylvania meant an easy transition to the Outer Banks in 2004 as a full time real estate broker with the top producing Riggle Team with Eillu Real Estate.

Wanda’s background in accounting and customer service has served her well in real estate and her ethics and integrity make her an excellent advocate for her clients. Her experience as a vacation home owner allows Wanda a unique perspective on the Outer Banks real estate market. She is constantly striving to expand her market knowledge in order to best service her buyers and sellers and her commitment to doing whatever is best for her clients results in the ultimate in
