Would HIGHLY recommend Warren! My husband and I just bought our first house together and working with Warren was the absolute best experience from beginning to end. I have known Warren since childhood. We never ran in the same circles growing up but we were friends on Facebook. My wife and i decided that it was time to look for a bigger house toward the end of 2020. I thought of the people i knew who were in real estate and even though we never hung out in the past i remembered Warren being a great student, straight forward, and very knowledgable. I reached out to Warren and he met with us and took us through the process and made recommendations on how we could make improvements to the house to increase the value. Making improvements took time and Warran was EXTREMELY patient while we worked on the house over 2021. IN march of 2022 we worked with Warren to list our house and buy one as well. Warren took the time to show us a lot of houses and worked around our busy schedules with work and kids activities and was very patient with us. He got us into a new house at a great price, slightly below what the house appraised for. He listed my house on a friday and we had showings start on saturday. By the COB on monday we had 2 offers in had which were exactly what we wanted. He also got the house appraised for what the offer was.

I have met a lot of people in my time, but i can honestly type here now that Mr. Bittner is a MASTER of his craft! He has solidified himself as my relator going forward. I am also please to be able to call him my friend now as it was more hen a pleasure getting to know him though this process. Warren if your reading this, words cannot express the gratitude that Lindsay and I have for you, and other than t say it, I just don' t know how to thank you for all of you hard work, determination and effort!

My wife and I worked with Warren for several months before finding our dream home and had a great experience! He took the time on the front end to understand our long, ever changing and sometimes contradictory list of needs and wants and was patient with us nonetheless. He was both flexible and responsible throughout the entire process, from making sure we could get in to see houses as quickly as possible all the way to the end of where we spent several weeks negotiating a few important areas after our offer was accepted on our home. Warren provided us with a smooth, quick, and efficient process when we sold our home. When we first decided to sell our home, Warren came over and told us what we needed and didn't need to do in order to sell our home quickly in a flooded market. After taking his advice and using some of his excellent contractor recommendations, we were able to sell our house within a couple of days of putting it in on the market.

There were plenty of other houses that were similar houses to ours and we listed our house at the top of the market, but Warren was able to get us multiple bids. We ended up settling on a number above our asking price. I thought that we were going to have a tough time selling our home, but Warren got the job done quickly and we received a price that I did not think we would be able to get.

I highly recommend Warren if you are looking for a real estate professional to sell your home. He is an excellent negotiator, explains the process thoroughly, and is always available to answer any questions you may have. Warren made buying our new home simple and stress free. After selling our home, we didn't have a lot of time to find our next property. Warren jumped right into helping us find the perfect home in the perfect location. Warren was able to help us identify plenty of listings that fit all of our needs  within our budget and took us to as many showings as we wanted. We fell in love with one home pretty quickly and Warren jumped in to negotiate with the seller's right away. After a short negotiation the sellers accepted and we were able to move forward with the sale.
